One powerful example of this is the collaboration between CHWs and the Nama Wellness Community Centre team, who work together to ensure timely referrals for facility-based deliveries.
Recognizing the urgency of this need, the organization has taken a proactive step by dedicating a van to transport pregnant women to healthcare facilities. This initiative ensures that every expectant mother who requires emergency care receives prompt, efficient, and reliable support, helping to save both mothers and babies.
