NAWEC Annual Report 2021

Greetings NAWEC friends and family,

Thank you for your continued support of our organization and for being a strong ally in community health systems strengthening. 2021 was a year of great challenges and fulfillment beyond measure. As the delta variant swept across the world causing fear and loss of life, at Nama Wellness we became courageous and resilient. With the support of our amazing partners, we innovated and expanded the scope of services to meet the needs of our rural communities. Kudos to the brave and inspiring health care workforce at Nama Wellness, including our remarkable community health workers (CHWs) who were able to deliver essential health services to last-mile populations affected by transport challenges. As members of the Community Health Impact Coalition, we used this platform to advocate for a safe work environment for CHWs who were on the frontlines of the fight against COVID-19. From everyone here at Nama Wellness, we appreciate you for supporting us through 2021 and wish you a year filled with joy and blessings.
