NAWEC 2023-2028 STRATEGIC PLAN

MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dear friends of Nama Community Centre,

I am excited to announce the release of our strategic plan for 2023-2028. Our plan aims at improving access to quality healthcare services for all in Mukono district. We will strive to achieve this through our focus areas of Health Service Delivery, Research, Advocacy, and Policy. We believe that as we improve access to quality healthcare services, we contribute to achieving Universal Health Coverage.

We are on a mission to transform community health systems through professionalized Community Health Workers integrated into the national healthcare system. Through this strategic plan, we will focus on improving our organization’s capacity to delivery while addressing the challenges that hider our ability to achieve this mission.

We understand that the journey ahead may be challenging. Still, we are confident that, with the support from our donors, stakeholders, and partners, we can significantly impact lives of the underserved communities we reach out to. Our strategic plan outlines key objectives and strategies guiding our efforts over the next five years.

We appreciate your continued support and partnership as we embark on this exciting journey to transform community health systems.
